  • How can I pay?100% full payment amount must be paid via bank transfer. We do not accept partial payment, credit card, or paypal.
  • * Deposit can be paid via Paypal.
  • What is included in the Final Price?Once you win a lot(vehicle), you will receive an invoice with, 1. Lot Price* (price at which the lot was sold during the auction) 2. Carrier Charge* 3. Auction Charge* 4. Shipping Cost (depends on your trade conditions) If you need more information about these charges, you can calculate your estimated total amount by using the calculator.
  • What is the process to make consolidation, and how does it work to get my car?For the consolidation, the buyer needs to make sure we have the consolidation option available for the shipping country. We have our official agents in certain countries who are in charge of clearing the cars, opening the containers, and distributing the cars to each buyer. Customs is divided between the number of cars inside the container. Due to this unique process, consolidation requires some waiting time before the full container is ready to ship and when it arrives.
  • Why can't I use the Ro-Ro option?Shipping companies have strict rules and guidelines for Ro-Ro. Cars that were crashed or flooded can't be loaded to Ro-Ro.
