Auction Terms

| Run & Drive | The vehicle started, shifted into gear, and moved forward under its own power at the time of arrival at our yard. |
| Engine Start | Starts and idles, but the vehicle cannot drive or move. |
| Non-Drivable | Engine does not start; the vehicle cannot be driven. |
| Verified Vehicle | Confirmed “running & drivable” condition by Auctionwini's inspection team. |
| Odometer Reading | Displayed mileage; Auctionwini does not guarantee its accuracy. |
| Est. Retail Value | Reference market price for the same make, model and year. |
Penalties

| Bidding Cancellation Penalty | $150 USD to $1,000 USD (or 10% of bid value if over $10,000) depending on the auction type and timing. |
| Cancellation of 1st round Live Auction, Rental, Local, Insurance Auction | $1,000, or 10% of bid amount if over $10,000 |
Account Suspensions
- Revoke—Your Premium Membership is revoked when your deposit balance reaches $0, and you can no longer bid.
- Suspension—Frequent bid cancellations, payment delays, copyright infringement or other harmful activity will lead to immediate account blacklisting.
- Inactivity—Accounts inactive for more than 6 months will be suspended for security purposes.
Sales Policy
Sold As-Is, Where-Is
All vehicles are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" in their current condition, with no repairs, warranty or guarantee of future condition. Photos and details reflect status at the time and location of listing, and may not hold true elsewhere or later.
Post-purchase quality claims are not accepted for mechanical conditions that no longer match the listing (e.g. engine or transmission issues).
Claims are accepted only if:
- The chassis number doesn't match the listed information.
- The engine volume doesn't match the listed information.
- The fuel type doesn't match the listed information.
